With 20 years experience working within the property industry in the North-West of England we have developed an acute knowledge and understanding of both the market and the positive impact that we can have on communities.

We have created a property management business that allows landlords to relax in the knowledge that their housing stock is being looked after, tenants carefully selected and issues resolved without delay. This all comes naturally to us as landlords ourselves with experience of dealing with a whole range of different tenants and property maintenance issues.

What sets us apart from the rest is our desire to make a difference to communities and to do this by donating 10% of our profits from landlords fees to homeless charities throughout our region. We allow property investors to give back and help those less fortunate through the fees that they would be paying anyway.

When onboarding new landlords we ensure that housing stock meets our standards and passes the Good Lettings service agreement to ensure tenants get housing and service that is of a suitable standard.

We strive to be different to the incumbents, we want to make a difference to our communities and working alongside landlords and property investors we can do this together and enact a real change.
