About Us

Good Lettings was founded by landlords who wanted to simplify portfolio management for investors whilst simultaneously working to redistribute wealth to those struggling the most. As such 10% of our profits go directly to local homeless charities, housing projects and communities.

Our fully managed service is perfect for busy landlords and oversees investors, we take care of everything from maintenance work to managing tenants, With 20 years local experience and a team of highly qualified local tradespeople you can leave it all to us and rest assured that your investment is taken care of. Our approach is different to the incumbents, our fee structure is simple and easy to understand, we are online only without expensive branches to maintain and we pass on these discounts to you and those who need it most.

Fully Managed Service 10% Fee

  • Our team arrange maintenance repairs to be carried out by skilled professionals, you can set an agreed maximum value on application.
  • We provide professional advice on safety regulations and can arrange for gas safety certification etc to be carried out when required.
  • Key holding is included as standard.
  • We collect rent payment and forward them on to you on the agreed date each month. Rents are continuously monitored and scrutinised and any arrears will be pursued unremittingly.
  • Our team take meter readings for new tenants and inform the local council of their move.
  • Our team take an inventory at the start of our management and inspect your property against this at least every quarter and at the end of the tenancy.
  • We take good care of everything and give 10% of the profits to homeless charities.
